All Orders are processed within 24 hours.  Allow 2-4 days for Shipping.  Large Orders may require 4-5 days for UPS Ground or other shipping. If an order is on backorder, please allow 5-7 additional days for processing and shipping.  All order payments are processed just before shipping - not at the time you submitted your online order. If items are out-of-stock, Gardenlink will notify you by email or by phone before processing payment and shipping your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED.  Gardenlink reserves the right to cancel any U.S. order.


CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Canadian and International orders are generally shipped by USPS Global Priority Mail and do not follow the above U.S. Shipping Charges. If you place an order online, we will contact you with the actual shipping charges and upon your approval, we will process and ship your order. Most Canadian and International Shipping Charges begin at $20.00 (USD) or more.  Please contact Gardenlink by email ('Contact Us') or by phone at 1-801-969-6906 for more information.  Gardenlink reserves the right to cancel any Canadian or International order.


SHIPMENT TRACKING:
Email with Shipping tracking number information will be sent to you from both the Shipment Carrier and Gardenlink.  To track your order shipment, go to the Carriers website (usps.com, ups.com, etc.) and enter the email tracking number.  Immediately notify Gardenlink and the Carrier if you have problems with your shipment.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Upon delivery and the product has been damaged in shipment, immediately notify the Carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and make note of the damaged packages on the Carriers shipping documents.  Damaged claims must be submitted directly to the Carrier.  Please contact Gardenlink 1-877-398-3803 immediately to consider a replacement of the product.
