RESALE OF PRODUCTS.  By purchasing Gardenlink products, the customer agrees to use our website products for their Own Use and shall not  be resold, repackaged, and/or distributed to others.  Gardenlink reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects that a customer is not abiding by these resale terms and purchasing agreement.

PRIVACY.  All customer information obtained from this website is CONFIDENTIAL and is not shared with outside or third parties.  Gardenlink website does not maintain or keep credit card information after a purchase has been processed and shipped.  Every new order requires the customer to enter new credit card billing information.  All credit card information is encrypted and protected via secure socket layer (SSL) technology throughout the website order and payment process.

ORDER CANCELLATION.  Generally All Gardenlink Sales are Final.  When canceling an order, you must contact Gardenlink immediately at 1-801-969-6906 before your order is processed for payment.  Your order payment is processed just prior to shipping, not when you order online.  Order processing and shipping is within  4-6 hours after your online order is placed.  Failure to contact us before actual order payment processing and shipping may result in a 25% restocking fee, a fee for shipping charges, and a fee for any credit card payment reversals.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS.  From time to time, it is unavoidable, when item stock shortages will occur.  After receiving your order, and we notice the items you ordered are out-of-stock, we will contact you ASAP as to what you would like to do with your order.  Your order payment will not be processed until we contact you and receive your approval for order completion.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS.  Upon delivery, please immediately notify the Carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) and make note of the damaged packages on the Carriers shipping documents.  Damaged claims must be submitted directly to the carrier.  Please contact Gardenlink immediately to consider a replacement of the product.

PRODUCT RETURNS.  Generally All Gardenlink Sales are Final.  Should you have problems with our products or you are not completely satisfied with our products, please contact Gardenlink by phone at 1-801-969-6906 and within 10 days of your online order date.  Gardenlink may consider a replacement of the products. If an order is to be returned; you will need to obtain a 'Return Authorization Number' and address for your the mailing label, and your shipping package must contain a copy of your online order confirmation as proof of purchase.  All returned products must be the complete undamaged product.  The shipping charges for any returned products may be the responsibility of the purchaser.  Upon receipt of the returned product and Gardenlinks return approval, a check refund will be sent to the customer within 30 days.  Any questions, please contact Gardenlink by phone at 1-801-969-6906.  Gardenlink does not accept any packages without a 'Return Authorization Number'.

WEBSITE INFORMATION.  While Gardenlink tries to insure the accuracy of all website and product information, Gardenlink makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any such information.  Gardenlink makes no warranty and is not liable, expressed or implied, to any Third Party products and information displayed and/or sold through the Gardenlink website.

PRODUCT LIABILITY & WARRANTY.  To the best of our knowledge, all the unique Gardenlink and AgriTab Corporation products available on our website are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and Safe to Use if product label information is followed exactly.  Gardenlink makes no claims, expressed or implied, to the usage, handling, storage, and safety of its products and information.  Gardenlink makes no claims, expressed or implied, to the usage, handling, storage, and safety of Third Party products and information offered on Gardenlink's website.  All product warranties are the responsibility of the product manufacturer.

Notice - the purchaser and/or user should always follow product label handling, usage, storage, and safety instructions as indicated by the manufacturer.  Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available from the product manufacturer or from Gardenlink.
  Some Gardenlink products have a stampled 'Use By' date on the product package.  It is the responsibility of the Gardenlink purchaser and/or user to use the product before the 'Use By' date as indicated.  Gardenlink does not warrant or accept returned products that are beyond the 'Use By' date required.
